About Umphress Terrace
Created for seniors aged 62 and better with limited income, Umphress Terrace is in collaboration with neighboring Umphress Road Methodist Church and the Pleasant Grove Senior Center.
Operated under the HUD 202 program since 2009, this 54 unit residential living community offers one bedroom, full kitchen apartments, located in one story fourplexes with porches.

Community Director
Don Reeves brings over 25 years of experience in the housing industry with him to Umphress Terrace. He is proud to have served his country as a military veteran and continues to serve as a volunteer with various groups and organizations. Don appreciates the diverse culture, wisdom and knowledge senior adults have to offer the community and strives to help them reach their full potential. As a husband, father and grandfather, Don’s greatest accomplishment is his family.
